Ukraine's foreign channel, UATV, has reviewed the prospects of increasing natural gas production in Ukraine, and, with the aid of experts, has given the answer to this strategically important for the country question.

Within the reforms communication project, an Open discussion regarding increasing natural gas production in Ukraine round table was hosted in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center, with the participation of the executive director of the Association.

The Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine jointly with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine have initiated the public discussion of the current state of the gas production industry, and further steps on the way to increasing gas production to 27 bcm by 2020.

The initiators of the founding became Ukrgasvydobuvannya, DTEK Oil & Gas, Burisma Group, Geo Alliance Group, Smart Energy, CUB-Gas, and PPC. Combined, the companies produce 88% of the Ukrainian natural gas.
