Today, on September 22, for the first time the TWO bills will be under hearing in the Verkhovna Rada. These bills are supported by all the gas production market participants, the expert community, the professional bodies, and professional committee of the Parliament. 5% recoupment from royalties to the local budgets, outlined in the bill No. 3038, will create a stimulus for the local council to cooperate with the producers. Simplification of the land issue procedures for the needs of gas production is provided for in the bill No. 3096.
