The Concept for Development of Ukraine’s gas production industry until 2020 should be approved soon. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Volodymyr Kistion, has stressed this out during the meeting with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine member companies.

A discussion platform "The future of gas production in Ukraine" has been organized on September 28. The participants of the discussion were MPs, NGOs, natural gas producers, and representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Today, on the 29^th of September, 2016, the website of the Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine was launched.

The Concept for Development of Ukraine’s gas production industry until 2020 has been approved and is expected to be brought out to the Government meeting on the nearest date.

KUB-Gas company, 35% of which belongs to Cub Energy (USA), has resumed gas wells drilling on its licensed lands in the Eastern Ukraine.

In 7 months of 2016, UkrGasVydobuvannya has produced 8.522 bcm of natural gas, which is 44.4 mcm more compared to 7 months of 2015. Natural gas condensate, oil and oil bitumen fluid for the period totalled 289.3 thousand tons.
