Our colleagues, friends, all our tireless professionals, involved in the work of drilling machines, near the gas distribution mechanisms, in the dispatching centers: congratulations with the professional holiday – Day of the Oil, Gas, and Oil Refinery Industry Workers of Ukraine!

Annually, on the second Sunday of September, each of us mentally stops for a moment to sum up the past year for the industry. What it was like for each of us, what we managed to contribute and change for better in the energy independence of our Ukraine.

Altogether we are starting a new countdown for the development of our industry. Today, with huge efforts, but will an even larger inspiration and belief in result, we a forming a new ground for the development of the industry. In the last year, we all together are fighting by millimeter for energy independence by reforming the industry. Today, a number of strategic projects of laws, which the industry has been waiting for for decades, is prepared to be passed in the Parliament. Fighting for a common cause, business and the government in cooperation are deliberately working on resolving top-priority issues of the industry’s tax reform, attraction of investments into development of new technologies. With the direct participation of the prime-minister of Ukraine, Volodymyr Groysman, the roadmap – Concept for Development of Ukraine’s gas production industry until 2020 – approval by the Government is expected in the near future.

The Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine will continue to persistently and professionally work on changes to form the effective and efficient gas market in Ukraine, and guard transparent and fair rules, which will serve the most important purpose in the area development – increasing gas production in Ukraine.
