In September, Ukrnaftoburinnya spudded well No. 24 at the Sakhalin field. The designed depth of the well is 4,500 m, and well completion is planned for the end of 2018.

This is the fifth new well since the beginning of the year, the drilling of which was planned by the capital investment program in 2018.

“We continue to systematically implement the drilling program planned for 2018. Until the end of December, we plan to spud another new well. Due to this, 2018 will be a record year for the company by many criteria — the volume of drilling, production, capital investments, amount of taxes paid to budgets of all levels” – Chairman of the Executive Board, Michael Bakunenko.
