New Сhairwoman of the Board was elected during the annual meeting of the Board of the Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine. Nataliia Grebeniuk is the Executive Director of DTEK Naftogaz.
«For the fourth year in a row, the largest association of domestic gas producers conducts one voice policy and steadfastly moves toward achieving energy independence. Important reforms in order to develop the industry and to increase the production of Ukrainian gas have been implemented due to joint efforts of business and the government. It’s about royalty decentralization and deregulation of gas production, disclosure of geoscience data and incentive fiscal regime, international EITI reporting standards, transparent electronic auctions and PSA tenders for the new parcels. The industry has become investment attractive and opened to the sophisticated technologies and innovations. Today, the issue is to continue implementation of constructive reforms, so it’s important to maintain a dialogue among the newly elected parliament, the future government and gas producers. There are a lot of tasks, such as solution of the issue of fees for ordering transportation volumes and maintaining of legislative stability for the implementation of PSA investment programs, holding of auctions, updating regulations of oil and gas fields development, etc. Ukraine is on the verge of a new stage in the development of the industry, which should be synonymous with the words such as investment attractiveness and energy independence», said Nataliia Grebeniuk.
Nataliia joined DTEK Naftogaz in 2011. From 2007 till 2011 she was the vice-president of Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. Formerly, she had been in charge of the Investment Department, after that – the Economics and Finance Directorate in Chornomornaftogaz SJSC.
