According to the Stand-By Arrangement of IMF, the Ukrainian government is going to conduct quarterly the open concessions auctions and PSA tenders for oil and gas parcels on total acreage of 20 000 sq.km in 2019.

On top of that, Ukraine has also taken a several obligations in energy field during next 14 months.

The residential gas and heating tariffs has to be marked-based and reach the commercial level prices by 2020 through further two steps increase. PSO resolution has to be abolished by May 2020.

The unbundling of gas TSO should be arranged by 2020 and new operator has to be ready to be certificated by Energy Community Secretariat in line with common European rules.

The pilot project of the monitization on of subsidies is expected to be launched in March 2019 and be finally established by 2020 on personal level of end-users.
