Chief Executive Director of DTEK Oil & Gas, Igor Schurov, has stressed out that decisive actions are required from the state authorities. A number of legal initiatives are already in place, passing which should simplify the work for oil and gas companies, and make the industry more attractive to the investor. Among them is the draft law No. 3096-d, which is aimed at deregulation of the oil and gas industry, and draft law No. 5459 on implementation of the stimulating fiscal regime.
