The Croatian Crosco Integrated Drilling & Well Services Ltd has started drilling 3 new wells in Poltava oblast, contracted by the PJSC Ukrgasvdobuvannya. The contracts were signed in 2017 in accordance with the auction held on the Prozorro platform.
To remind, this is the first project in the history of Ukraine's largest gas producer, which is performed by the foreign contractor with the use of modern drilling rigs and international drilling practices.
Cooperation of Ukrgasvydobuvannya with Crosco includes drilling 12 wells. The total cost is estimated at €47 million.
Currently Crosco has completed 2 wells on the Yablunivkse field and has started drilling 2 new wells on the same field. Another well is being drilled by Crosco on Lannivske gas and condensate field.
